Last week, one of my senior had been transferred to Hosp Selayang. Felt a bit sad that she had gone. She was a very good and nice senior. She like to teach us and she taught me a lot of things.

I like the way how she treat the patient. She talked nicely and she explained everything to the patient. Besides, she was very thorough in her examination. Even as an outsider, I do feel safe being treated by her. She remind me of my chinese pediatric specialist who inspired me to become a doctor.

Whenever I clerked the case, I was very eager to present the case to her. I don’t know why…, but she do motivate me a lots. Just by seeing her dealing with the patient, it already increases my motivation. If I didn’t do my work properly, automatically I felt guilty, especially toward her. I don’t know why, but I guess she had her own aura. Most of my friends like her too.

Because of her, I started to enjoy medical posting. But now, feel a bit of demotivated because she was not around anymore. Feel a bit of regret for not asking and learning from her as much as I can when she was here. Didn’t expect that she would gone so fast. Anyway, I’m sure she will become a good specialist later. Hope I can meet her again next time. It was my pleasure working with her….. =)
