What did I mean by good boss? Actually working is very tiring esp when we need to work everyday including weekend. So having a boss who care and concern about us really make a big difference. When the boss ask me to go and have my lunch and dinner, I felt so happy. Feel that she is concern and care about my welfare and feel that I’m part of team. It do make a difference. It increases my motivation to work and I enjoyed the work so much. Didn’t realize how exhausted I’m until I arrived at home….
